We process slabs, billets, round steel blocks, blooms, semi-finished products, plates and heavy plates for further industrial processing. This includes local removal of surface defects, grinding larger surfaces and grinding to the required thickness.

First, we assess your steel grade, dimensions, surface condition and requirements for further processing. Photos, drawings and information about the required material removal help define the work.
We then agree whether individual areas or larger surfaces need grinding and whether a target thickness or surface finish is required. Stone or belt grinding is selected to suit the material and the agreed result.
The scope of processing is based on these requirements. Please specify target dimensions, tolerances and any required roughness values with your enquiry.
